New CEO announced at Sutton Coldfield Charitable Trust

Trustees of Sutton Coldfield Charitable Trust (SCCT) are delighted to announce their new  Chief Executive Officer, Lisa Martinali who joins SCCT on 18 March 2025. 

Currently CEO of St Paul’s Community Development Trust, Lisa brings with her significant  experience of community regeneration with a career spanning 30 years within the not-for-profit  sector, including social housing and charities. 

She is highly experienced in strategic development, business planning, mobilising innovative  partnerships, and social impact. Lisa has an excellent reputation within the sector and  volunteers as Chair of Birmingham Voluntary Services Council, alongside being a Parent  Governor for a Primary School. 

Lisa says “I am thrilled to be joining SCCT as their new CEO. Having grown up and worked  in the locality for many years Sutton Coldfield is a special place to me. The opportunity to work  for SCCT, as a highly respected and trusted local charity supporting the local community in a  number of ways, is inspiring. I look forward to building on their strong history. 

Outgoing Chief Executive, Tina Swani, leaves in December 2024 having served four and a  half years in the role.

“We are also grateful to SCCT’s Finance Director, Claire Evans, who will take up the role of interim CEO until Lisa commences in post.”
