David Owen

David Owen worked for the family firm, Rubery Owen, all his life and was chairman from 1969-2010.

There is a need for WMFN  because of the state of the economy , particularly in the West Midlands.  WMFN is so important due to all its ‘networking’ and its guidance and teaching role for Funders and Fund Raisers. The need for funding for work with young people and the elderly is so great today. There continues to remain a growing divide between the ‘well-off’ and the poor.
