Tina Costello

Tina is the Chief Executive of Heart of England Community Foundation a position she has held since 2013.

She has over 24 years’ experience in senior positions as Head of Awards for All for the West Midlands region at Big Lottery Fund and managing external funding at Coventry City Council. Tina has a track record for delivering successful community investment and grant making programmes as well as working with donors to develop new funding streams.

As a proud Brummie she is hugely passionate about local philanthropy and supporting grassroots community projects.
